He took me to Jersey Mike's....one of my FAVORITE sub places.

I've been working on a project that has taken up a lot of my free blogging time. Which is why the blog has been so boring lately. So today I decided to post some group pics and see if you can pick me out in them. As you know-I'm narcisstic. To make this a little harder and a lot more entertaining-I've posted OLD pictures.

Texas State Fair

Craig and I went to the Texas State Fair last week. This is a huge tradition in Texas.

We rode the Texas Star. It's 20 stories high!

Note-if you do not have children-go on a week night. There are no crowds and it is much more enjoyable. And if you do have children-you might want to cash in your 401k before you go. Craig and I dropped some cash there and barely did anything. We rode 2 rides and had dinner. That's it!! You gotta love inflation!

I'm Soooooo Narcissistic!!

A blog I follow is doing Daily Me. She is takes a picture of herself everyday and posts it on Flickr. This goes on for 1 year.

I decided I love this idea. I'm getting married in 13 weeks (yikes!) and thought this might be fun to look back on. You know-the different stress levels.

I want a Puppy!!

I want a puppy.

I have wanted a puppy for a long time now. Craig and I came close to getting one a few different times, but it seems like life kept getting in the way of getting one.

As of now Craig and I are talking again about getting a puppy. However, we are wanting to wait at least until we have a backyard. We feel a puppy would enjoy being able to run around without a leash. Who knows-we might even get two puppies!!

Here are my top 2 choices for my puppy.

Craig and I went to the Cowboys game last Sunday against the Bengals.

It was awesome!!! My first NFL game!

First we tailgated in our own way...

My first time was a Jimmy Buffet concert at Stephanie Gibbs Bachelorette Party.

Blast From the Past!!

Ahhh Memories...

I'm scanning all my old snapshots to make new photobooks. Have you gone through old pictures recently?

It's entertaining to say the least.

Here is Katy and I on our first day in college.

Now the first day of college is not the first day of classes. This would be the first day of rush.

Yes we had to wear the Panhellenic shirts and khaki shorts. I love the oversized wooden cross necklace I'm wearing and the W.W.J.D. bracelet Katy is wearing. God was really "in" that year. I also love the tucked in t-shirt with rolled up sleeves.

Classy girls-Classy.

Craig's Night to Cook!

It was Craig's night to cook last week. (Sorry for this post being a little late.)

He made Cuban Pulled Chicken Wraps, homemade coleslaw and cheese fries. And no-none of it was on my Wedding Diet Plan-but it was worth it!!

Unfortunately I do not have the recipes to post-but I will get them and send to anyone who would like them. Below are the pictures Craig took of his creation:

All Ingredients...the beer was for him.

Hands down THE BEST coleslaw ever made.

Mix in ranch and I think that's it.

Roll it in a spinach tortilla and...YUM!!!!
